Registration can be submitted at any time prior to the event and subject to availability of the Course Intake
Reservation will be confirmed when full payment is received. On receipt of full payment, you will be notified via email of the registration confirmation details. If you do not receive any registration confirmation by five (5) working days before the event, please contact the event organizer using the contact details below.
For cheque payment, please make crossed cheque payable to EPM TRAINING SERVICES SDN BHD.
For internet banking payment, please indicate your name during the bank transfer for payment matching.
For ATM payment, please quote us the 4 digit reference number for payment matching.

After confirmation of booking, any cancellation must be made in writing:
If cancellation is made less than 5 working days prior to the event, then no refund of fee payment will be available. Delegate will receive a copy of the Course material.
Substitution can be made at anytime in writing with a minimum of five (5) working days notice prior to the event.
EPM TRAINING SERVICES SDN BHD will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control which lead to the cancellation or variation of the event or program agenda. Full refund will be made if EPM TRAINING SERVICES SDN BHD cancels the event.
