Alan has over 28 years of industry experience with specialization in IT systems and project management.  He gained experience serving as a Research & Development Engineer with the Bell Laboratories, as Programme Manager with the Defence Technology Group (Singapore-MINDEF), as Senior Consultant at the Singapore Productivity & Standards Board and also Assistant Director (Systems Development) for the largest public transport operator in Singapore.

Alan is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).  He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), a national qualification awarded by the Singapore Workforce Development Authority (WDA).
