Building Your Influencing Skills to Improve Team Performance and Reach Your Goals
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Building Your Influencing Skills to Improve Team Performance and Reach Your Goals
The modern manager needs to influence people much of the time; by gaining support, inspiring your team members, persuading others to be your supporters and creating and maintaining lasting relationships.
You may also be given the responsibility of completing a project without having the necessary authority or resources to meet the challenge. You will face many occasions when you need to put forward your ideas in such a way that everyone will be convinced about them, and take the action which will help to achieve project success – instead of sitting around and blaming others or complaining about what needs to be changed.
This two-day action-packed workshop will give you the tools and techniques to improve your interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills, develop your credibility, and awaken your hidden potential to persuade others.
