What is agile and how does it work? This two-day course is designed for those with no or limited agile experience, to provide participants with overall awareness and overview on the key concepts of agile project management.

The course will look at the underlying philosophy and motivation for agile, examine agile core values, principles, practices and techniques that fall under the broad agile umbrella.
