This workshop is for people who have already attended a formal project management training course, and wish to review and refresh their knowledge before sitting for the PMP Exam.
The workshop uses accelerated learning to review the concepts and principles of project management and the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques that will help you to pass the PMP exam, with challenging exercises and plenty of in-class simulated exam questions and discussions.
Materials in this class are based on the Project Management Institute, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) – Sixth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2017.
