This course is for individual who has foundation project management knowledge and/or project management work experience in scope, time, cost, resource, communication, stakeholders and risk management. The course aims to enhance individual project management competency describe in the Individual Competency Baseline Version 4 (ICB4) published by the International Project Management Association (IPMA). In this interactive workshop, you will work in simulated project teams and apply three (3) competence areas described in the ICB4.
