  • Determine suitability of predictive approaches in projects
  • Application of knowledge and techniques with a simulated case study from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing project or phase for various project components: scope, schedule, cost, resource, communication, stakeholders, quality, risk and procurement
  • Determine suitability of adaptive & hybrid approaches in projects
  • Overview of adaptive approaches in Scrum, Kanban, Scaling Framework and other adaptive approaches
