This course has been designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and approaches of project management and gain insight on the project management competences from the Individual Competence Baseline Version 4 (ICB4) published by the international Project Management Association (IPMA).
The course prepares participants to sit for the IPMA Level D certification exam based on the ICB4. The course covers three (3) competence elements (perspective, people and practices) and twenty-eight (28) competence elements in the ICB4.
