ABOUT THE PROGRAM
What is agile and how does it work? This two-day course is designed for those with no or limited agile experience, to provide participants with overall awareness and overview on the key concepts of agile project management.
The course will look at the underlying philosophy and motivation for agile, examine agile core values, principles, practices and techniques that fall under the broad agile umbrella. The course is independent of any single agile approaches. It examines the key factors that are needed to apply agile effectively
The course provides hands-on activities to allow understanding of agile key concepts, values, principles, practices and techniques.
CREDITS
This course qualifies for 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs) under Project Management Institute (PMI) Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program for PMP® certification holder.
