This course provides the foundational knowledge required for a beginner to join a project team and serve as the first step on their path to a project management career. This Course will provide an overview of project management terminology and includes foundational topics such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing the project.
The participant will also learn structured project management approach to manage projects, provide direction and guidance to others, participate as a team member in projects, and will help the participant to be more effective in their role, provide them with a proven set of practical approaches, tools and techniques that will be applicable across all industries.
